Every winter, water left in irrigation lines freezes, expands, and cracks pipe and valves. The repair the next spring runs hundreds of dollars more than a blow-out would've cost. We use properly sized compressors at safe pressures so the lines come out dry without damaging the system.
How we do it
We connect a properly sized compressor at the backflow, kept under 80 PSI per industry guidance, and run each zone until the heads stop spitting water. No homeowner shop-vac, no pumping the system to 120 PSI to 'finish faster.'
Spring turn-ons
When you're ready to fire the system back up, we slowly pressurize, check every head, fix anything that didn't survive the winter, and program the controller for the season ahead.
